Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the mc4 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated herein. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use mc4 services.
These terms constitute a legal agreement between you (the "User") and mc4 (the "Platform"). mc4 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. Continued use after changes are posted signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
- You must be at least 18 years old to register and use this platform.
- This platform is only available to users located in jurisdictions where online gambling is permitted.
- Account registration is free, but all betting activities involve real funds in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
Account Creation & Security
Each user is only allowed one registered account on mc4. Multiple accounts may result in suspension or termination of all related accounts. During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full name, date of birth, and valid contact details.

User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users agree not to use the mc4 platform for illegal, misleading, or harmful purposes to other users. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may lead to account termination without notice:
- Using automated software, bots, or third-party tools to disrupt or exploit mc4 systems.
- Attempts to forge identity, manipulate system data, or access unauthorized parts of the platform.
- Any form of fraud including bonus abuse, player collusion, or unauthorized fund transfers.
- Distributing harmful content, defamation, or copyright infringement through any platform communication channels.
- Providing false information during registration or account verification processes.
Mc4 reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity and take appropriate action including suspending or terminating accounts that violate these rules.
Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the mc4 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). mc4 supports various secure local payment methods including bank transfers via FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now, and others), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and manual bank transfers.
Deposits are typically processed within minutes while withdrawals may take 1 to 24 hours depending on the chosen method and bank operating hours. All withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. mc4 reserves the right to withhold or cancel withdrawals if fraud suspicion or term violations arise.
Users are responsible for ensuring their bank account details are accurate. mc4 is not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect information provided by users. Any disputes related to transactions must be reported to support within 30 days of the transaction date.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & External Links
Mc4 provides services on an "as is" basis and does not guarantee the platform will always operate without interruption, errors, or be fit for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, mc4 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users while using the platform.
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the mc4 platform are the exclusive property of mc4 and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not allowed to copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without written permission from mc4.
The mc4 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites. mc4 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third parties. Links are provided for user convenience only and do not imply endorsement or support by mc4.
Account Termination, Term Changes & Governing Law
Mc4 reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts without prior notice if these terms are violated, suspected fraud occurs, or at management’s discretion. Users may also close their accounts at any time by contacting mc4 support. Valid account balances will be returned subject to withdrawal conditions being met.
Mc4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be posted on this page along with the update date. Users are encouraged to check this page regularly to stay informed.
These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted according to applicable laws. Any disputes arising from or related to mc4 platform usage should initially be resolved through negotiation.
